Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your Bare Hoof — and what to do if anything goes sideways.

Order Processing

Every order is hand-packed in small batches at our studio. We process orders Monday through Friday.

  • In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days
  • You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shop

Shipping Method & Time

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on order size and destination.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited shipping available at checkout

Shipping Delays

Once an order leaves us, delivery time is controlled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, or postal delays may affect arrival times.

If your package shows delivered but you can't locate it, please contact USPS or UPS first, then email us — we'll help however we can.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — drop your email below to be notified when we expand.

Order Changes

Need to update your shipping address or change your order? Email us at hello@barebarn.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After we ship, changes may not be possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 3 days at hello@barebarn.com with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at hello@barebarn.com. We'll respond with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back.

Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Damages or Defects

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, email us right away with a photo and your order number — we'll evaluate and make it right.

If a product is damaged with minimal usage, contact us with a photo and we'll send a brand new one free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items

We can't accept returns on:

  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code over 25% off
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or partially used products (for sanitary reasons)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want: return the item you have, and once approved, place a new order for the size you'd prefer.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and credit card companies sometimes take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you don't see your refund, email us at hello@barebarn.com and we'll look into it.
